We’re building the AI layer for real estate intelligence in Spain. Our platform processes millions of property transactions, geospatial data, and market signals to help major industry players make better decisions.
The Applied AI team is small, fast, and high-impact. You’ll design and ship AI systems that go straight to production, working closely with the Head of AI and collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams.

What you’ll actually do
• Design and deploy ML models and AI pipelines in production.
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs (Python, Node.js/TypeScript) on GCP.
• Work with geospatial data at scale (PostGIS, spatial analysis, embeddings).
• Integrate LLMs and AI tooling into real workflows.
• Own technical decisions from model choice to architecture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the product roadmap.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python skills (TypeScript/Node.js is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI in real-world production environments.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate in professional English.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with geospatial data or proptech.
• Knowledge of graph neural networks, embeddings, or NLP.
• Background in data engineering.
• Experience in startups or small teams.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot).
