Main tasks: 
Based in Madrid. The job includes some degree of distance working (to be agreed depending on applicant’s profile). We are searching for an RE expert for our Real Estate Solutions & Valuations Team. Our team uses Accumin’s extensive data base and combines it with Real Estate expertise to provide custom solutions to our clients, helping them to take smarter investment and management decisions. You will work in a highly innovative and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our Company. The Real Estate market in Spain has proven to be very dynamic, allowing to envision great opportunities while advising the most relevant funds and investment platforms. In this position you will collaborate with the team in the following tasks: 

• Performance of valuations on a wide range of asset types (Residential, Land, WIPS, CRE) and presentation of results in a clear and concise report, analyzing market data and comparable transactions for the study of NPL and REOs portfolios as well as single transactions. 
• Performance of commercial due-dilligence and market reports: analysis of information and preparation of deliveries in an structured and organize report to meet the client’s need. 
• Support the execution of active mandates: analysis of information, valuation of real estate assets, helping senior members on financial modeling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc.
• Support marketing initiatives: market research and analysis of different industry verticals, analysis of different macroeconomic environments, screening of potential clients & market analysis, asset - valuations, due diligence processes, etc.
• Support to open new markets and create new tools: support in the creation and coordination of the new range of services and tools in Valuations and Real Estate advisory.
