Your mission

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business & Operations Analyst to join our team in Spain. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational performance, planning team capacity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across departments.

Your profile

Process Improvement & Root-Cause Analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to operational processes.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to uncover underlying issues affecting performance and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
Capacity Planning & Resource Sizing
  • Analyze the workload, capacity, and optimal sizing of resources for each team within the operations area.
  • Identify excesses or deficits in staffing and coordinate appropriate adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and annual resource planning models to ensure operational efficiency.
Appraiser Network Analysis
  • Evaluate the performance, distribution, and effectiveness of the appraiser network.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Operational Reporting
  • Design and deliver regular reports on key operational areas.
  • Report individual team status to provide a consolidated view of performance to the Operations Director, leveraging data from the operational dashboard.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic and tactical decisions.
KPI Monitoring, SLA Compliance & Lead Time Tracking
  • Track and analyze lead times and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the operations function.
  • Monitor daily compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and report deviations.
  • Highlight trends, anomalies, and areas requiring attention to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Digital Transformation, Automation & AI Integration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technological requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify areas within operations that are suitable for automation and the application of artificial intelligence.
  • Coordinate with IT to support and monitor the implementation of digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business and operations consulting, analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root-cause analysis techniques. Strategic thinker with problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Background in operations consulting is highly valued.
  • Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling business presentations
  • Very high level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
